Typical lunch of Brazil and England

This paper presents the differences between the Brazilian and English breakfast lunch and show what is the healthiest.

Brazilian lunch
The Brazilian lunch consists of several dishes, full of nutrients and vitamins. Searching, I found two important dishes in the restaurants and bars of Brazil. The feijoada and the PF (dish made), which is made with rice, beans, French fries, steak and fried egg. These dishes are the simplest, and the Brazilians think is faster to eat than something much increased that it can take a long time before returning to work / school.
Sometimes the Brazilian eventually choose the pasta as their daily lunch because is tasty and fast, and sustains you for the entire day.

England lunch
The British do not eat lunch, they brunch. Usually eat sandwich and French fries and two glasses of coke or beer.
We chose two typical sandwiches of England .The first is Cheddar cheese with mango chutney, relish and onion bread and the second is thin slices of roast beef with lettuce drizzled with olive oil and salt, mayonnaise and bread.

The second sandwich- Typical England lunch
The difference between the Brazilian and English menu is that most English dishes based are more on practicality, the speed of the moment. The healthier diet is Brazilian because it contains more vitamins, nutrients and salads to sustain you for the whole day because of the English, is a handy snack, offering the fast food you're not "letting" all day, and only for a few hours.
